Every month, from Monday to Friday and at about 09.30 in the morning, we send to our subscribers a newsletter with interesting news and offers.

Our users can register via the form included in the newsletter body or by visiting our website.The newsletter is managed by the platform ActiveCampaign (1 North Dearborn Street, 5th Floor, Chicago, IL 60602, USA) and the subscriber’s data is stored on the relevant server (https://www.activecampaign.com/privacy-policy/)

According to the guidelines regarding Privacy Policy and Regulations, handling carried out by MEDISPA SRL will be based on the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, containment of purpose and retention, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality, as well as the principle of accountability of the Art. 5 of the Regulation.

The data provided will be used with the use of IT and telematic tools for the sole purpose of providing the requested service and, for this reason, will be kept exclusively for the period in which it will be active.

 

Purpose of data treatment

 

Your personal data will be processed by the Data Holder for the following purposes:

1.1 to allow Site navigation and to provide services made available by the Holder, including the management of the security of the Site;

1.2 to send newsletters and promotional communications for the purpose of direct marketing through email, sms, mms, push notifications, fax, paper mail, telephone calls, whose promoted products may also be of other partner companies;

Specific security measures are taken to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

The data will be processed exclusively by the personnel and collaborators of the Authority or by the companies specifically nominated as data processors (e.g for site maintenance needs).
